How did your first week in NASCAR DraftKings daily fantasy go? Did you win some money? Cool, let’s make some more. Lose some money? That’s OK, Sunday presents an opportunity to get it back.
In order to get to that point, you’ll need to find drivers at a decent price to lock in at the top of your lineup. This week, that driver is none other than Martin Truex Jr. Not only has he crushed it all season by finishing in the top 10 in 11 of 12 races, but he’s put up absurd fantasy numbers over the last several weeks.
Over the last two races, Truex has led the most laps with 95 in Kansas and 131 in Charlotte. Bob Pockrass of ESPN points out what a stark difference that is from the first 10 races:
After leading just 32 laps in the first 10 races of the year, Martin Truex Jr. has led 226 laps in the last two points races. #nascar

The 2015 season has been a revelation for Truex with Furniture Row Racing, but he’s always been consistent at Dover. Of his five top-10 finishes last season, two of them came at the Monster Mile with an average finish of 6.5.
Not to mention, Truex also captured his first win at Dover back in 2007. At just $10,200 this week, DraftKings owners can look forward to huge numbers and potentially a win from the No. 78 driver.
