There are a plethora of options to choose from on any given week in NASCAR daily fantasy. However, there are always a few that seem too good to be true. Jeff Gordon is that choice this week in Sonoma during his final race at the track.

As we’ve learned from experience, you can never count Gordon out at a road course.

History shows that no driver has ever been as successful on road courses than the No. 24 driver. During his time with Hendrick Motorsports, Gordon has reeled off nine wins on the style of track—two more than Tony Stewart, his closest competition.

Unlike Stewart, Gordon has actually found some success on the track this season. He’s already reeled off two top fives and eight top-10 results through the first 15 races. But when he heads to a road course, something clicks for the 43-year-old driver.

Gordon hasn’t won at Sonoma since 2006, but has a top 10 in every start there with an average finish of 4.11 since that victory.

At a track where laps led won’t be crucial—there are only 110 at Sonoma—the finish will be a huge factor. With two straight second-place results at the track, don’t overlook Gordon on Sunday at just $11,200 on DraftKings, which is not too good to be true.
