Every week it seems like Hendrick is bringing new paint schemes to the track. Ironically enough, the drivers also been doing a lot of winning in those new looks, including a victory last weekend for Jimmie Johnson at Dover.
This weekend at Pocono is no different. Two of the four cars that Hendrick will be putting on the track are brand spankin’ new schemes.
Johnson will be looking for his fifth win of the year in a blacked out Jimmie Johnson Foundation look. Six-Time featured a patriotic look in both Charlotte races, but hopefully the midnight look will have better results.
As for Gordon, the No. 24 machine will feature Penn State colors and the University’s name across the rear end. With this weekend’s race being held in Pennsylvania, this one is sure to be a crowd favorite—not that Gordon wouldn’t already have fan support in his second to last race at Pocono.
