Jeff Gordon’s going away party is just about over, but he plans to go out with a bang. The final race of the season is once again at Homestead-Miami, and Gordon’s paint scheme is straight fire.
The Hendrick Motorsports driver revealed his final paint scheme on Fox Sports 1 Tuesday night with flames along the side of the car. It’s not quite the iconic rainbow look the No. 24 team rolled out during the Bristol night race, but Gordon fans will still salivate over this one nonetheless.

Gordon needs a strong run over the next eight races to be competing for a title in his final ride. There is a chance he could hoist a fifth Sprint Cup championship at Homestead, which would also mark his first Chase title after being shut out in the format.
Regardless of where he is in the standings, the 44-year-old will be a contender at Miami in this new scheme. Boasting a win in 2012 and seven top-five finishes in 15 starts, Gordon has a great record at the track where he’ll finish off his legendary career.
