First there was the hamburger. Then there was the cheeseburger. At State Fairs and certain events now—namely in North Carolina—you can find the Krispy Kreme burger.

This week at Bristol Motor Speedway, a new mouth-watering treat will be introduced. Its name is the Moon Pie burger. The southern delicacies will be slammed together for a heavenly entree fans can enjoy.

A Moon Pie burger consists of one Moon Pie, split in half, with bacon, caramelized onions and two quarter-pound patties sandwiched in between. The dark burger fits perfectly into the #BristolBlackout theme for the night race, in which NASCAR fans are encouraged to wear black shirts of their favorite drivers.

Of course, it can still be debated which track has the best food with Charlotte Motor Speedway unveiling the candied-bacon lollipops for the Coca-Cola 600. But it is clear that Speedway Motorsports Inc. has stepped its game up this season.

The only problem? Well, there were only 1,000 Moon Pies and 1,000 burger patties ordered, according to WIVB4.com. Suffice to say, fans who will be out at the track will need to find these delicious monstrosities before they’re gone.
