There’s no place like home. For Brad Keselowski, home is in Michigan—Rochester Hills, specifically—and he has thrived at the track recently with two straight top-10 finishes.

On Thursday, the Team Penske driver got to live out some of his childhood dreams by visiting with the Detroit Lions and Detroit Tigers. Track President Roger Curtis, who was with Keselowski, revealed the news early Thursday morning.

The first stop for Kes was at the Lions facility, where he spoke with head coach Jim Caldwell, donned some new swag and revealed his strategy on Madden. Here’s a look at some of the highlights from that first stop:

The whirlwind tour then reached Comerica Park, where Kes helped out with the pregame show before the Tigers hosted the Oakland Athletics.

On the final leg, Keselowski visited with Michigan State head football coach Mark Dantonio in downtown Detroit. Dantonio, who will serve as the grand marshal for the Michigan race, took a ride on a simulator with Keselowski’s help.
