DraftKings continues to slowly take over NASCAR by adding another sponsor decal to a Sprint Cup car. This time, it’s Alex Bowman who will ride with DraftKings in the No. 7 Chevrolet starting at Michigan this weekend.
Tommy Baldwin Racing becomes the latest to add the daily fantasy sports site as a sponsor to close out the season. Last week, Furniture Row Racing announced it had added DraftKings for several races.

Similar to Furniture Row, TBR is a single-car team looking to build deals with sponsors. The team has a wealth of sponsors already from companies like DOC 360, Toy State and Golden Corral. But if Baldwin is able to bring on DraftKings as a primary sponsor in the future, that would be a massive get for the team.
While they haven’t shown the same speed of a team like Furniture Row, TBR is showing improvement. It is also partnered with Richard Childress Racing and has a fledgling young driver in Bowman. With so many teams wanting to be tied in with Bowman’s team, the end of the season will be crucial for the program.
